We aim to reply within 48 hours — faster if the email contains good news, slower if it's about a production outage at 3 AM. For urgent issues, GitHub issues get the VIP treatment.
Pro Tip: If you're reporting a bug, don't make us guess — include these details and we'll love you forever:
- Which browser you're using (and no, "the internet" is not a browser)
- Steps to reproduce the issue — pretend we're five years old
- What you expected vs. what actually happened (the plot twist)
- Any error messages — bonus points for screenshots
